Mixed Results v Clondalkin

Newbridge Athy's 3 adult teams all played Clondalkin on Saturday 28th August in the Showgrounds. There were mixed results with the 1st XV (Hosie Cup) losing to a strong and street-wise Clondalkin side. The 2nd XV carried their winning habit of recent years into the new season, beating a fancied Clondalkin side in the Lawlor Cup. The 3rd XV were unlucky to lose by 2 points to Clondalkin, after injuries to players in the 2's match meant that they lost a number of players during the game.

The 1st and 2nd teams both play Cill Dara at home this Sunday in the Hosie and Lawlor Cups. The 2's kick off at 12:30pm and the 1's are at 1:30pm. Please come up to support the teams.
